Are there fitness facilities provided?

Yes, a 24/7 fully-equipped Gymnasium is provided for our guests and an indoor swimming pool as well.

Is internet access provided?

Complimentary WiFi access is available throughout the serviced residence.

What is the check-in time?

The check-in time is from 2pm

What is the check-out time?

The check-out time is at 12am.  Should you like to request for a late check-out, kindly check with our Client relations executive.

What time is breakfast served?

Monday - Friday, 6:30am-9:30am
Saturday & Sunday, 6:30-10:00am

What are the available dining options?

The fully-equipped kitchen provides you with the convenience to cook in your apartment. Alternatively, an all-day dining restaurant is located in the property 5th floor, and in-room dining is available as well.

Are laundry services provided?

Yes, laundry services are provided and are chargeable. Our apartments are equipped with washing machine.

What are the type of beds provided?

Bed options include: Super King-size 200x200cm, King-size 180x200cm, Queen-size 150x200cm and Twin-size 100x200cm.

Are baby cots and extra beds available?

Complimentary baby cots are available upon request.

Are newspapers provided?

Local and National newspapers are available upon request and are chargeable. Complimentary newspapers are available in the Dining area and Library.

Are the residences handicap-friendly?

Yes, we are handicap-friendly and we have apartments designed specifically for the use of wheelchairs.

Is on-site parking available and what is the cost?

Free parking is available at the property.

Is airport shuttle service provided?

We do not provide shuttle service to the airport. However, we will be able to arrange Limousine or Taxi service upon request at a charge.

What is the reception operating hours?

The reception, concierge and security services are 24/7.

Is it possible to store my luggage at the hotel before check-in?

Yes, you may leave your luggages with our Concierge.

What is the maximum number of guests allowed in each residence type?

Our apartments can accommodate up to 6 guests depending on the apartment category. There is a maximum amount of guests per apartment allowed by Health and Safety regulations.

Pets are allowed within the serviced residence, based on the pet policy and procedure.
